Colle Stelle may amend, supplement or update this Privacy Policy from time to time, also in consideration of any changes in applicable law or the provisions of the Privacy Guarantor. Substantial changes and updates to the Privacy Policy will be applied and brought to your attention as soon as they are adopted by updating the link to the Privacy Policy in the footer of the Site.

Colle Stelle, as owner of the personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as \”Owner\”), in carrying out its activities pays the utmost attention to the security and confidentiality of personal data.

Colle Stelle deals with:

  • Cultivating the olives on its property and milling it on outside property facility in order to produce the extra virgin olive oil that can be purchased on the site www.collestelle.com
  • Managing the website www.collestelle.com (e.g. operation of the Site, cookies, e-commerce)

8. How long we store your data

The Owner keeps your personal data only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or for any other legitimate related purpose.

Your personal data that are no longer necessary, or for which there is no longer a legal prerequisite for its storage, will be irreversibly anonymized or securely destroyed.

Below are the storage times for the different purposes listed above:

A) Fulfilment of purchase orders formulated through the Website and activities related to the management of orders: the Personal Data processed for the execution of the purchase order through the Website will be kept by Colle Stelle for the time necessary to manage contractual obligations and subsequently for 10 years.

B) Defend its rights in the course of judicial, administrative or extra-judicial proceedings, and in the context of disputes arising in relation to the services offered: the Personal Data processed for this purpose will be kept by the Owners for 10 years.

C) Analyze and improve its services: Personal Data processed for this purpose will be kept by the Owners for 12 months.

Your Personal Data may be accessed by duly authorised employees of the Data Controller, as well as by external suppliers, appointed, if necessary, as data processors, who provide support for the provision of services, including those necessary for the operation of the Site.
